…although a bit nervous. I have a radio interview in a couple of hours with Mary Woods of WestBridge. She will be interviewing me on “One Hour at a Time” which airs on Voice America Health and Wellness channel on the internet.
I haven’t blogged for a long time. Been pretty keyed up with everything that’s happening. Not used to getting so much attention…don’t get me wrong, the attention is great, just mind blowing.
I hope everyone is well. I will commit to blogging sooner than later.
Best,
Kristina
I just now listened to your interview. Your answers were clear and kind, and please know you give hope to treaters / skilled helpers, too, by reminding us of success stories. Clinicians work with people at all different phases of illness, and your words help us remember…skills (including taking the right meds, and patience getting to the correct meds) in relapse prevention, coping with voices, social, vocational, and more…DO work. -Respectfully, Scott B, LCSW, BCD

Scott,
How wonderful to find your words here. And I am glad you liked the interview. I was afraid it didn’t go very well. I made some attempts at humor, which failed. And then, when I slipped up regarding 12 step anonymity, I said “oh shit!” HA. Well, it was good practice. And I am thrilled it touched you. Should you read the book, let me know what you think.
Best,
Kristina
